Kalispell is where we are based, so it is the fastest we respond anywhere in the valley — usually same day for a leak.

The housing stock here is mixed, and that matters. Older in-town homes often have two or three layers of asphalt already on them and ventilation that was never right to begin with. The newer subdivisions north and west have steeper, more complicated rooflines where the valleys and the penetrations do most of the failing.
