The question you're actually asking
Every GC who calls a new roofer is asking one thing: will these guys build what I drew, or am I going to spend the next six weeks fighting about it?
We don't push back on a vapor-permeable underlayment. We don't tell you a ventilation mat is unnecessary. If you specify soldered pipe boots, we'll source them or form them. If the detail you've drawn won't work, you'll hear that from us during submittals — not after the panels are on the roof.
Most of our work now comes from builders we've already worked for, which is the only metric on this page that really matters.
