Roofing in Eureka.
The Tobacco Valley, as far north as we go.
Eureka is the coldest and most northern place we work, close enough to the border that winter settles in early and stays.
Freeze-thaw cycling is the thing that kills roofs up here — water finding a gap, freezing, widening it, and doing it again a hundred times a winter. Standing seam with concealed clips handles that far better than anything fastened through the face.
It is a long drive from Kalispell, so we tend to batch work up here. Worth calling early rather than in an emergency.
