Sometimes the roof you have is worth keeping.
A spray-applied coating puts a seamless membrane over an existing roof. On an aging commercial flat roof or a weathered metal roof that is sound underneath, it can add years of service for a fraction of a full replacement.
It is not a repair for a roof that has failed, and we will not sell it to you as one. If the deck is wet or the substrate is gone, coating it just hides the problem for a season.
We assess whether your roof is actually a candidate during the free inspection, and tell you honestly either way.
