A flat roof is never really flat. It has to drain, and the membrane only works if the slope, the drains, and the edges were done right. Miss those and it doesn't matter which membrane you bought.

We install and restore TPO and low-slope roofs on commercial buildings across the valley. We work around the hours you're open, not through them.

A lot of this work comes from general contractors. We're used to submittals, a schedule that isn't ours, and being one trade on a site that's still running.
